Shipping policy
Rivo Drip products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners.
Production and delivery
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Production time is separate from shipping time and can vary by product, availability, and demand. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can affect arrival.
Destinations and shipping rates
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Availability varies by product and size. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping services and charges before payment. Some large canvas sizes are available only in selected countries.
Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Shipping charges can reflect shipments from more than one facility.
Tracking and delivery details

International taxes and customs
We do not collect customs duties or import taxes at checkout. If your order crosses a customs border, you (the recipient) are responsible for any applicable import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, or carrier handling fees requested by customs or the carrier before or on delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are not automatically added to the shipping fee. Any sales tax or VAT that we are required to collect separately will be shown at checkout. Charges depend on the actual shipment origin, destination, product, and local rules.
